Accessibility

Short version: we want everyone to be able to use this site, we have checked it against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and if something gets in your way, tell us and we will help.

Our aim

We aim for this site to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We have not yet had it audited by an independent accessibility specialist, so we do not claim full conformance.

What we have checked

We last reviewed the site on October 12, 2026, using browser accessibility checks and keyboard-only testing. In that review:

• The pages we reviewed have headings in order, page landmarks, a link to skip to the main content, and a visible focus outline.
• Every form field has a label, and optional fields are marked as optional.
• The sample lot on the home page can be used without a mouse: Tab to it, then use the arrow keys to turn it. Its tags and size slider are real buttons and controls, and the facts it shows are also written out in the example Property File below it.
• The diagram in our ADU guide has a text description, and its tables have column headings.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns off or reduces its animations.

Limits we know about

• The sample lot on the home page sways slowly on its own until you touch it, unless your device is set to reduce motion.
• Our guides link to official sources, including PDFs published by government agencies. We do not control how accessible those documents are.
• We have not tested every combination of browser, assistive technology and device.
